Myanmar DRK Co., Ltd. (MDRK) is a group company of Doraku Holdings Co.,Ltd. (President Nishijima Tomihisa) located in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, started to support Japanese Language Training for students of IT related Universities in Myanmar who have planned to work in Japan in April, 2020.
Two types of training about Japanese Language and Business Manner will be serviced by MDRK. These services will be provided in the city of Yangon from November to the end of March for the purpose of smoothly launching a company life in Japan after the prospective employees arrive in Japan. This training will be offered from November to March in Yangon.
As for Japanese Language Training, MDRK offer five days in a week in collaboration with Hikari Academy Japanese Language school in Myanmar. Students will be able to pass Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3/N2 after this training. Regarding business etiquette training, MDRK introduces Japanese culture and lifestyle, customs and business etiquette of Japanese companies, etc. using MDRK’s own curriculum.
Through these efforts, MDRK hope to meet the increasing needs for recruitment of IT-related foreign human resources at Japanese companies, and also contribute to human resources exchange and mutual development in the IT fields of Myanmar and Japan.
※Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT): the standard exam to evaluate and certify proficiency in Japanese of non-native speakers. The JLPT has five levels: N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5. The easiest level is N5 and the most difficult level is N1.
Summary of each level
N5: the ability to understand some Basic Japanese
N4: the ability to understand Basic Japanese
N3: the ability to understand Japanese used in everyday situations to a certain degree
N2: the ability to understand Japanese used in everyday situations and in a variety of circumstances to a certain degree
N1: the ability to understand Japanese used in a variety of circumstances
