I have been working as an SE since I joined IT-Doraku. Despite I was trouble in case of my insufficient Japanese skills and IT skills at the first period, I did overcome that conditions due to Japanese teachers, seniors, and colleagues etc. I would like to thank CEO who gave me a chance to work as an SE in Japan. I also thank teachers for teaching me kindly and seniors, colleagues for sharing IT knowledge and Japanese language. Please also try yourself in new challenges based on your own dreams and join us to work together.
Although I have had many difficulties at work until now, I could overcome them smoothly by working with my seniors like a family. Through working for three years, I understood that success is driven from solving problems by self-thinking. I want to sincerely thank everyone at the company so I felt that they supported me to up my skills and to enrich my life.

I like Japan and want to work in there so that I applied to the Japanese IT company. Currently, I've been working as SE after joining the company. When I was a newcomer of IT Doraku, I had got various challenges and my seniors taught to me. I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. For teaching well to my juniors as a professional in one day, I am learning utmost about Japanese communications and technologies every day. It is important to think about what you want to do first and believing yourself. I also want everyone to decide their own career path and proceed.
Currently, I am participating in visited nurse supporting system called ikiiki Medicare at Kanda head office, Tokyo, Japan. Since I joined the company, seniors taught me various things, so I was able to work smoothly. I have set up the time to talk with Japanese senior employees outside of business hours to improve Japanese language skills.
